How we work: two-way communication
We are passionate about helping those who face the challenge of working with young people. Each person on our training team has been a practitioner working face-to-face within the statutory youth sector, Fairbridge, drug rehabilitation and outdoor learning. Their academic backgrounds and experience are accessible through their approachable facilitation and course delivery. We encourage participation and two-way communication, enabling those that attend our training to get the most out of our courses.
